I'm a native Chicagoan, born and raised on Chicago's South side. I spent 4 years in the US Navy and 2 years in Colorado. For the past 19 years I've lived in Evanston and I'm very familiar with the North Shore, Chicago's North & South sides and the Western Suburbs. I worked in the construction industry for many years and know all facets of residential construction. I worked for Vail Associates as Building Inspector & Director of Design Review for 2 years before moving to Evanston, IL. I've held my IL Realtor License since 2001. Experience with Luxury and Horse properties. I have just completed a Short Sale that went very well.
